How much does Restore My Files cost? $29.95

What do I get for my money? A registration code that can be used to turn the demo into a fully funcional software application.

Why is “registered” better than the trial version? The demo shows you what can be recovered but does not recover any files. The “registered” version shows recoverable files AND recovers them!

What payment methods are there available? Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Carte Blanche, JCB, eCheck, Paypal

How do I purchase? While running the program, simply click the “BUY NOW” button on the left side.

When will my software arrive? You can download the demo here. If you like it, you can buy it here.

When will my CD arrive? Our powerful software is easily and quickly downloaded from this website so you don’t have to wait for a CD to arrive in the mail.

Can I install Restore My Files on multiple computers with one license? You may use your purchased license for all computers in your household only. Businesses need to purchase 1 license per PC.

How do I upgrade? While running the software, simply click the “Live Update” button.

How do I purchase multiple licences? Contact us for a discounted rate.

Will it run on my operating system? RestoreMyFiles supports the following Windows platforms: Windows XP, 2000 and 98. At this stage RestoreMyFiles does not support the Macintosh operating system. If demand increases, we will look into development for the Macintosh. Although we do not support any server versions, some customers have no problem installing in Windows NT, 2000 servers or 2003 server.

Do you offer a refund? YES! We offer a 56-day Money Back Guarantee when purchasing RestoreMyFiles. If for any reason, RestoreMyFiles does not meet your needs within 56 days of purchasing, you will receive a refund.

What are the system requirements for RestoreMyFiles?

The following minimum system requirements are needed to run RestoreMyFiles:

  • Intel 486 processor (or equivalent) or better
  • 32 MB of RAM available (128 MB is preferable)
  • 7 MB of free hard disk space
  • Internet Explorer 4.0 or greater

Can I purchase your software in a retail store?
We do not currently sell RestoreMyFiles in physical retail stores.

Instead, RestoreMyFiles is available online for purchase. Upon completion of the purchase, you will receive a license code which will unlock your installed trial version of RestoreMyFiles. If you have not yet installed a trial version of RestoreMyFiles, you can download and trial it.
